While we are happy to accommodate families and groups, Piha Beachstay is not suitable as venue for weddings or large parties.

Please contact us for more information, availability or to arrange a personal inspection. Should you require additional accommodation we regularly use other homes in Piha so let us know.

HOLIDAY HOUSE DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSITS

To confirm a reservation we require 50% of the total amount with the balance payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation of a Holiday House booking the following charges may apply at the discretion of management:
-Within 60 days of arrival date 50% of total amount and
--Within 14 days and non-arrivals 100% of total amount
