- Auckland City to Piha: Piha Surf Shuttle will provide transport for $45 one way.

4. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Bus/Train/Taxi combo
Auckland Airport to Piha - public transport
Firstly, from the Airport, you will need to get Britomart station in Auckland City, and then from there to Piha.
- The 'Airbus Express' is the only Public transport directly from the Airport to Auckland City (Britomart Station)
- The Airbus leaves the Domestic and International terminals - Daytime every 15mins, evenings/nights every 30mins
- Airbus operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Auckland City to Piha -public transport
There is no public transport from Auckland City, all the way to Piha. The closest train stations to Piha are Henderson, Glen Eden and New Lynn. From here you'll need a ride from a friend :-) or to catch a taxi to Piha. Expect to pay at least $45 - $60 for up to 4 people in a taxi from Henderson to Piha
- Trains depart Britomart Station every 30mins at peak hours on Weekdays, otherwise hourly.
- The journey will take about 40mins and cost $5
