TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Check-in is from 3pm (It is usually okay if you want to arrive earlier than 3pm and you may have the room as soon as it is ready)
Check-out 10am. Late checkouts available on request.

Please note that to book more than one room type with our online booking calendar (eg a standard double and a shared dorm bed) requires a new reservation for each one.

Maximum group booking size 8 person.

PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is requested to confirm a booking, with the balance due on arrival.
Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
We can accept Visa, MasterCard and Internet Banking.
Credit card
The deposit will be charged to the credit card provided. (A 4% bank fee applies to all credit card transactions.)
If you wish to pay by cash on arrival this can be can be fully refunded including the 4% bank fee

You must allow sufficient time as it may take several days to process your deposit which must be received 7 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Because of our intimate size cancellations affect us significantly.
In the event of cancellation the following charges may apply:

Within 7 days of arrival 50% of total reservation and
-
Within 24 hours and non arrivals 100%.
