Should you require additional accommodation we regularly use other homes in Piha so let us know. While we are happy to accommodate families and groups, Piha Beachstay is not suitable as venue for weddings or large parties.

DEPOSITS
To confirm a reservation we request 50% of the total amount with the balance payable within 14 days of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of a Holiday House booking the following charges may apply :
-Within 60 days of arrival date 50% of total amount and
--Within 14 days and non-arrivals 100% of total amount

Spacious and Peaceful with a Wonderful View
My friends and I have all enjoyed our stay in this accommodation. It has a peaceful vibe with an excellent view of the mountains and bushes. It is just a short walk to Kitekite Falls while Piha beach can be walked or drove from the accommodation. The place is very tidy and equipped with all the things you would need. My friends and I stayed in the accommodation during Christmas, so we had to do a lot of cooking. The accommodation has got everything we need to cook. It is also easy to talk to the host, Geoff. He is very approachable and responds to concern straight away. We didn't have any complaints during our stay. This accommodation deserves 10/10 for everything.
